I’m Janelle, a registered BAS Agent and ICB Member since 2015. My focus is on helping manage staff and business processes with training and software integrations. I maintain a client-focus approach, with genuine empathy and interest for client needs.
My passion is in continuing training and education, in the accounting and payroll fields. Commitment to ongoing professional development, as I strongly believe its importance.
When I am not working in the business, with clients, I am teaching the new generation of bookkeepers and payroll officers, at TAFE.

As I prepare to become a BAS Agent, I continue to expand my expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance while staying up to date with industry requirements and best practices. I’m Brianna, and I’ve been part of the Bookzese team since December 2024. Since joining the business, I have continued to build my accounting and bookkeeping expertise and have successfully completed my Diploma of Accounting.
Before transitioning into bookkeeping, I spent nearly six years as a Scheduler, coordinating complex schedules and providing administrative support, including assisting with accounting and financial administration tasks. This experience developed my strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Today, I work as a part-time Bookkeeper for one of our valued clients, supporting their day-to-day financial operations and helping maintain accurate and reliable financial records. I enjoy working closely with businesses to streamline their bookkeeping processes and provide the financial information they need to make informed decisions.

I’m Glad your go-to girly bookkeeping assistant who lives in Philippines and and I’ve been proudly working with the Bookzese team since December 2023.
With over two years working in business administration, I do take care of the administrative side of the business ensuring that everything operates properly on a daily basis. I am in charge of monitoring client Xero accounts, guaranteeing bookkeeping accuracy, and providing responsive support for clients. I am passionate about looking for ways to help businesses create a smooth experience by handling everything from essential file management to business administration, and quality assurance.
I’m currently expanding my expertise by studying an Australian Accounting Skill Set, which will allow me to bring even more value to clients and support Bookzese with broader financial services.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new coffee and matcha flavors, staying active, and traveling whenever possible. And, I’m a passionate young individual who loves working with others on marketing and numbers—literally, big numbers as I’m a major fan of every business—how it works and the behind-the-scenes of the success you see online as I have an entrepreneur’s spirit going through me.
